How much does membership cost?

Membership fees are set annually by the Executive. Until December 2021, membership is presently free. It is anticipated that a modest charge for membership will apply for 2022.

Who can become a member?

Owners, managers or designated representatives of Lytham based businesses are entitled to become Members. These individuals have voting rights on issues and options which come up for discussion.

What is an associate Member?

Associate Membership can be extended to people who do not qualify for full membership (because, for example, their business is not within the geographical area, or they no longer have a business, or they represent a not-for-profit body), but who align with our aims and feel they can contribute skills, knowledge and support. The following would qualify to be an Associate Member: Individuals whose work or organisation involves promoting visitors & trade to Lytham Individuals who wish to promote the aims of the Organisation, and specifically local business development, trade and tourism within Lytham. Associate Members do not have a vote.

Do the Sector Representatives represent me?

You are the only one who can truly represent you and your business. That is why we are choosing to canvass on a wide range of topics over the coming months, and welcome attendance at General Open Meetings and encourage contact through email hello@lythambusinesspartnrship.org and via this website. However, we chose to enlist Sector Representatives to ensure that the general needs / pinch-points / opportunities of various sectors are not overlooked at both General Open Meetings and on the Executive. You can make your comments to one of your Sector Representatives or any of the Exec.
